平面设计实习生

任职要求：

1、精通各种网页及美术方面的应用软件，包括 Photoshop ， Illustrator，AE等。

2、美术、设计等相关专业专科或以上学历，有优秀的艺术素养。

3、有较强的平面设计感觉及良好的美术基础、审美能力和创意，色彩感强；思想敏锐活跃,具有丰富的视觉创作经验和独到的审美修养。

创意总监 (全职)

Creative Director (Full time)

职位描述

Job Description:

1）能为客户提供有丰富的想象力和创造力的创意方案。

Develop and create artworks for our clients as a Creative Director

2）在项目概念和设计上需要与客户部紧密合作。

Coordinate and work closely with Account Team on project concepts and design

3）在客户的所有活动中，需确保品牌调性和设计的一致性。

Ensure brand and design consistency across our clients initiatives

4）在与客户的会议上需要演讲解释创意内容。

Present concept/design treatments, storyboards to client in the meeting

5）需要负责对团队中的设计师们进行专业培训和引导。

Be responsible for team members and give them professional training and guidance

工作要求

Qualifications Requirements:

1）艺术类，传播学，广告学或文学本科学位

Bachelor of Art, Advertising, Literature or Communication

2）5-8年相关工作经历，对创意有自己全面的见解

Five to eight years’ relevant work experience, with a comprehensive

understanding of creativity

3）富有创造力与执行力

Experience with creative ability and executive ability

4）强大的沟通能力——能够领导以及鼓励创意人士

Strong people skills--able to lead and motivate creative personnel.

5）强大的演讲技巧——有说服能力和接受客户意见挑战的能力，并且保持广告行业的高标准，以及从战略角度给予客户意见和建议。

Strong presentation skills--ability to persuade and take criticism

from Kaiba, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.

6）必须具备在各种交流平台上告知客户并推进方案的能力

Must be able to inform and drive synergy across communication platforms

7）最好在4A广告公司有相关任职经历

Worked in 4A Company is a big plus

Foregin Artist Social Media Manager (Intern)

海外艺人社交媒体管理（实习）

工作要求

Qualifications Requirements:

1）This position requires the applicant to create and manage the local social media accounts of our foriegn artists. Management and updates will be based on the news coming directly from the foreign artists foreign social media accounts. For example, the applicant will take news from Twitter, Facebook, Instragram, Youtube, etc, translate the content and put it on Weibo, Netease Music, Youku, etc.

2）Applicant must have a passion for music and a knowledge of different genres in music such as Trap, Hip Hop, EDM, Dubstep. Applicant must be fluent in using Foreign Social medias as well Chinese Social medias.

3）Applicant should be a Native Chinese Speaker with advanced/fluent English reading, writing and speaking capabilities.

4）Working hours will be no less than 3 days per week, 8 hours a day.
